Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as production has not yet started.
Returns & Exchanges
All items are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- wrong size
- change of mind
- personal preference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at support@holyanchor.shop and include clear photos.
We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, all sales are final, except in cases of manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.
All items sold in this store are produced individually upon purchase.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
